CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
With the theme of “Power Up! Embrace Diversity”, the Organizing Committee of PnSM 2025 welcomes the submission of abstracts related to the following topics for ORAL and POSTER presentation at the Meeting:
- Better patient/ service outcome
- Enhanced quality of care
- Improved patient safety
- Leadership and management
- Patient education
- Staff Training & Development in Perioperative Care
EXTENDED Deadline for abstract submission: 18 September, 2025.
General Guideline:
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Maximum 300 words: Your abstract may be rejected if the word limit is exceeded.
- You are recommended to organize the body of the abstract as follows:
- Background / Objectives
- Methodology/ Implementation
- Results
- Conclusion
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 18 September 2025, 23:59 HKT
- Notification of acceptance will be sent to presenters by email in mid-September 2025.
- Further guideline will be provided upon receipt of the acceptance notice.
- All presenters are required to register before 30 September 2025 as a paid delegate. Otherwise, we assume the abstract is withdrawn.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject and/or to edit the abstract.

Terms and Conditions
- Registration and Payment
(a) Only online registration with credit card payment will be accepted.
(b) For individual registration, a confirmation email containing the eTicket and receipt will be sent to the registrant upon successful completion of the registration process.
(c) For group registration, the Liaison Person will receive the receipts and eTickets for all group members. The Liaison Person is requested to distribute these documents to the respective group members.
(d) Please refer to the User Manual for a step-by-step guide on using the Registration Platform.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
(a) Refunds for registration cancellation are subject to the following deadline and administrative charges:
- On or before 18 September 2025, 23:59 HKT: 50% of the registration fee, minus an administrative and bank charge of HK$10 for each transaction.
- After 18 September 2025: No refund will be issued.
(b) All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Refunds will be processed and issued within 8 weeks after the Meeting.
- Programme Changes
The programme is subject to change without prior notice.
- Meeting Cancellation Policy
(a) In the event of a cancellation due to uncontrollable natural disasters (e.g., typhoon, flooding, earthquake), registration fee will not be refunded.
(b) The Meeting Secretariat will notify registrants of any update via email.
- Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding.
